I don't really know what to write here other than I am a budding Flash Artist and amateur game maker. I operate of Flash CS6 and am more at home within AS2 even though I started in AS3. I use GIMP for drawings and do hope to learn more and become more involved as this is in-line with what I want to do for a living.

I really appreciate your forum post and I do want to code this small turn based game myself, though I really will be looking at that post (after I clean the house >.>) So I can work it through and post it on my dA account.
However, I and a friend of mine are working on another game and we are seeking anyone who is willing to help make this other game. It is a 2D as2 sidescroller adventure game that spans the starts (two characters and a general idea of artstyle is on my account (called Sibling Rivalry).
